Royal Ascot 2026 Giveaway (‘The Competition’)

Prestige Corporate Events & Hospitality Ltd, registered office 265-269 Wimbledon Park Road, Wimbledon, London, SW18 6NW, company number 13559506 (the ‘Promoter’)

This is a Prestige Corporate Events & Hospitality Ltd Competition. The Competition will be promoted through various channels without limitation, including but not limited to SMS, Social Media, e-mail, telephone, above the line signage, online marketing and on website/s.

Start Date – Sunday 7th July 2025 at 08:00

End Date – 19th April 2026 at 17:00

Any entries received before or after the Start Date and or after the End Date (as stated above) will be invalidated. Please note that Competition Start Date and End Date as specified in these Competition Terms and Conditions are final.

After the Competition End Date has elapsed, on the ‘Prize Date’, in this instance 20th April 2026, one entrant will be selected by automated draw (the ‘Draw’), whereupon the selected entrant will become the winner of the Prize (the ‘Winner’)..

Please be advised that should multiple entries to the Competition be submitted, the first entry will remain and the remainder of entries will be deleted.

The Promoter will attempt to contact the Winner no more than 3 times on the contact details provided by the Entrant, upon entry for the Winner, within a 7 (seven) day period. Should the Winner not answer and or reply to communications from the Promoter within a 14 (fourteen) day period from the Promoter’s initial contact, the Winner will forfeit the Prize. 

The Promoter reserves the right to decide on whether or not to complete an additional  Draw, should the Winner from the first Draw forfeit the Prize.

An Entrant must be over 18 years of age and provide a valid UK phone number and working email address. Failure to comply with this clause 5 will result in forfeiture of any Prize the Entrant may be entitled to.

The Winner, upon their confirmation and or return of communications as outlined clause 4, will receive an email with the full Prize details. 

The Promoter reserves the right to amend details including date and contents of the Prize from that which is described within clause 4.

The Prize is non transferable and cannot be exchanged.

By entering the Competition the Entrant is giving consent to receive email and telephone marketing from Prestige Corporate Events & Hospitality Ltd. Entrants personal data will (regardless of whether they opt-out) always be used to process their entry.

The Promoter will only accept entries to the Competition that comply with these Terms and Conditions. If the Entrant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions the Entrant will be disqualified – wherein the Entrant will forfeit any claim for the Prize. 

All the Promoter’s decisions relating to the Competition are final. No discussion or correspondence with Entrants or any other person will be entered into about the operation of this Competition. The Promoter has the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this Competition without notice, due to circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control.
