Who are Slipknot?

Slipknot are an American heavy metal band formed in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1995, known for their masks, matching jumpsuits and a percussion-heavy line-up. They have topped the UK albums chart three times, with Iowa in 2001, We Are Not Your Kind in 2019 and The End, So Far in 2022, and they won the Grammy for Best Metal Performance in 2006.

What are Slipknot doing in 2026 and 2027?

On 28 September 2026 Slipknot announced the (sic)est Stadium Tour, which opens in London on Saturday 3 July 2027 with Marilyn Manson, Lorna Shore and Hatebreed. It is the band's only UK and European show of 2027; the tour then plays North America in July and August and South America in September. Earlier in September 2026 the band released "Arsenal", their first new song in more than three years and their first on their own (sic)est Records label, after a deal with Roadrunner that lasted two and a half decades came to an end. They are working on an eighth studio album with producer Matt Wallace.

Slipknot's three UK Number 1 albums are their strongest chart record, and the most recent came in 2022. Most recent first:

• 2022: The End, So Far, their seventh studio album, reached Number 1 in the UK.
• 2019: We Are Not Your Kind reached Number 1 in the UK, 18 years after their first chart-topper.
• 2006: "Before I Forget" won the Grammy for Best Metal Performance.
• 2001: Iowa became their first UK Number 1 album.

Slipknot last toured the UK in December 2024, with arena shows in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London marking 25 years since their debut album. Slipknot hospitality in London in 2027

Slipknot's London show on Saturday 3 July 2027 is a stadium night, and its hospitality follows the venue's published concert format for the show. Guests either take a reserved seat in a central Level One block with a shared lounge, buffet and drinks, or share a private box on Level 3 or 4 with light bites and a bar. Hospitality areas typically open at 17:00 on concert days.

Premium seats or a private box for Slipknot in London?

The choice for Slipknot in London on 3 July 2027 comes down to how your group wants to spend the evening. A lounge seat puts each guest in a reserved central Level One seat with a shared lounge, buffet and drinks; a private box on Level 3 or 4 keeps the whole party together in its own space, with its own bar, and suits a host who wants time to talk.

Tickets for the London show went on general sale at 10am on Friday 2 October 2026, after an artist presale on Tuesday 29 September. The promoter lists doors at 15:30 and a 22:30 curfew.
