Champions League hospitality is a premium seat at a UEFA Champions League match at the Etihad Stadium or Villa Park, with lounge or private box access attached. Lounges, Private Boxes and What Is Included
A package here is usually built around a lounge or a private box, with a match ticket in a premium seating position attached to it. Club hospitality areas at the Etihad Stadium include the Asahi Super Dry Tunnel Club, Citizens, Citizens Back Four, Legends, The Commonwealth Bar and KITS. The redeveloped North Stand, renamed the Pep Guardiola Stand in 2026, adds City Hall, a bar behind the goal at pitch level, Crossbar, a sports bar themed on the club's goalkeepers, Zadie's, a Pan-Asian restaurant with balcony seating, and the Pitch View Rooms, private rooms for twelve guests with their own balcony. The Residence by Etihad in the Colin Bell Stand is a restaurant led by chef Adam Reid. The stadium also has around seventy executive boxes above the second tier, and it now holds more than 61,000 after the North Stand expansion.
At Villa Park the hospitality sits mainly in the Trinity Road Stand and the Doug Ellis Stand, which both carry executive boxes between their tiers, along with the Holte Suite inside the Holte End. Villa Park holds over 40,000, but its own North Stand is closed for the whole of the 2026/27 season while it is rebuilt, so European nights at the ground run at a reduced capacity. That work takes Villa Park past 50,000 for the 2027/28 season and keeps it in the UEFA Euro 2028 line-up. We confirm with the club which lounges and boxes are open for each European fixture before we quote.
A private box suits a group that wants its own space, with the Etihad's executive boxes carrying private balconies. Lounge hospitality suits guests who want the room and the atmosphere that comes with it, with dining before the match and a bar either side of kick-off. At the Etihad Stadium the hospitality suites open three hours before kick-off and most stay open for an hour after the final whistle. Villa Park confirms its own lounge opening times with each package.
The 2026/27 League Phase at the Etihad Stadium and Villa Park
The 2026/27 league phase runs from 8 September 2026 to 27 January 2027 across eight matchdays. Manchester City host four UEFA Champions League league phase matches at the Etihad Stadium, against Paris Saint-Germain, Sporting CP, Napoli and AEK Athens. Aston Villa host four at Villa Park, including Paris Saint-Germain, Borussia Dortmund and Fenerbahce. Paris Saint-Germain, the two-time defending champions, visit both grounds, so the holders play two of the eight English home fixtures we cover. Both English clubs travel to Barcelona, so neither Barcelona tie is a home fixture. UEFA publishes the dated fixture list on 29 August 2026 and confirms the full home and away split, the date and the kick-off time for each match then.
Aston Villa arrive as European champions. They won the 2025/26 UEFA Europa League, beating SC Freiburg 3-0 in the final in Istanbul on 20 May 2026, their first major trophy in thirty years, and they met Paris Saint-Germain in the 2026 UEFA Super Cup in Salzburg on 12 August 2026. Unai Emery's side qualified for this season by finishing fourth in the Premier League.
