I cannot recommend the Belmond Pullman staff and experience enough. The food was 5* and the service 100/10. Top marks for everyone involved, and I cannot wait for Ascot. Taylor took my request and came back with great options that he spent the time to talk me through in detail, and had great knowledge of the venue. The booking process was seemless and easy - and the pricing was somehow more competitive than what I could book directly through the venue. On the day we had Katie reaching out to walk ensure we were all set with the tickets, and even proactively checked in when she saw we were hitting a minor barrier with the AXS app. The box itself was great, and we were even seated with a couple celebrities which only added to the experience

The panoramic restaurant was an amazing location .. great view of the course! The staff were very attentive and friendly… food was delicious. Only negative was that Guinness served were cans not draft. And if we wanted draft from the concourse (happy to get ourselves) that was not included in our package.. which seemed a shame given how much we paid. But it didn’t take away from anything and we had a great day!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - bombared with calls, hardline sales tactic. Ask you to make a small deposit while you decide if you want the tickets, say you can cancel at anytime and the deposit is fully refundable. IT IS NOT. On paying the deposit and signing the booking, then you get the true T&Cs, a long document full of disclaimers - i.e NO CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND and you are on the hook for the full amount. So after just paying small deposit, I called the sales guy back to say I didn't want the tickets as the date didn't work for my wife. They said they would cancel the order and refund the money. THEY DID NOT. What they actually did was set up a recurring payment on your credit card and take the whole payment without me knowing. It transpires that in the document small print they send after the deposit/order is processed, it says they take whole amount and only refund if resale happens (not guaranteed). THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE TO WHAT THE SALES GUY TELLS YOU ON THE PHONE. They are...

I purchased corporate event tickets from Prestige Corporate Events on 22/08/2025. During the sales call, I was told the cost would be £1,700 + VAT + charges, but I was later invoiced £2,244 in total, which was never properly explained to me before signing. I cancelled immediately the same day (and texted the sales representative), but my cancellation was ignored. The company is now demanding 100% of the contract price under their terms, even though no services have been delivered. I believe these terms are unfair and unenforceable, and I am currently disputing the charges. Be cautious and ensure you get the full cost breakdown in writing before committing

Disgusting company! I paid over 3k for oasis tickets only to be told less than 4 weeks out from the concert date that they have been oversold and need to move the date to over a month away. Will not help what so ever. Be warned disgusting service once they've got your money.

Where do I start, firstly I had to ban one of the guys from calling me as he called me to take the Micky out of me as I’m Welsh and we were losing against England…!! Then I booked Silverstone last year (2024) and was told I’d be sitting on the Hamilton straight, when I got here I was sitting in Woodcote very disappointed and different experience, 2025 at Silverstone we had roving tickets which were poor as I couldn’t even get to sit where I wanted for two days, No parking for the first two days so ended up paying £210 just to park in a field for two days, on race day were a hotel, for a very poor cooked breakfast and a short bus ride to Beketts…no trackside hospitality, no drink…I’ve messaged the rep several times as he’s here and he’s ghosted me, poor overpriced event, I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

These guys are nothing short of scammers. Please do not use them and avoid at all costs. The sale reps think nothing of lying. As others have said they will say your deposit is returnable when it is not and will take your money regardless. Trying to speak to anybody from the company is impossible. They hide behind emails and customer service is none existent. Action needs to be taken against this company. Learn from the experience of others and do not use.

Avoid these Scammers. If you agree to give them a deposit for an event they will not return it if you cancel (which they say you can at any time before the event) and try and take the remaining balance immediately from your card. Luckily i smelled a Scam and it will likely only cost me the deposit amount. Chancers!

"Prestige - "Unforgettable", but for all the wrong reasons"
Prestige's marketing strapline is "Live unforgettable experiences in luxury"; unfortunately our experience of Prestige was a slog and far from luxurious. 1) Prestige was promoting a 3 night long weekend at the La Cala Golf Resort in Spain at the end of November 2024 for the end of March 2025, and a business contact & I decided to go. It sounded fun, albeit a tad pricey. 2) Let's start with the basic booking and billing process in late November 2024 - this all went smoothly enough, although the full itinerary was not sent to me for perusal until 17 March 2025! 3) The draft BA scheduled flight times were sent to me in December 2024. Unfortunately my contact's first name was wrongly shown on the flight manifest - easily identified as an error and rectified by me at that time but an early taste of the sloppy service to come! 4) The BA flights were scheduled as 06.00 on the Friday and 21.35 the following Monday – not user friendly times for corporate travellers made worse as it turned o...

Avoid at all cost !! They are a scam ! they are liars and thieves. Last year I bought VIP lounge access tickets to Liverpool game for my son's 13th birthday for 1300 GBP. A week before the game they said lounge was not finished (so why did you sell tickets 4 months in advance) so we could not go. They refused to refund me the money and said I can have "credit with them". They then lied on this platform saying they had refunded me. They kept calling to sell me other stuff They are rude, aggressive and over familiar, always saying mate etc. We eventually agreed to do Liverpool tickets again for the game we couldn't attend in 2023, and they are now asking for extra 1K for something I have already paid in full.

Very aggressive sale people (George on this occasion, but there have been others) who tell lies about “we spoke a few months back” etc. and when confronted and ask to be removed from their database they just hang up and ring again in a few weeks time (clearly don’t remove the database entry despite being asked to do so)

Absolutely terrible experience with Prestige VIP. I was lied to over the phone and charged for tickets without my permission. Despite cancelling the tickets on the same day, they took the funds from my card without my knowledge. When I reached out, they informed me about a non-refundable contract that was never properly explained. To make matters worse, I received an incredibly rude email from their staff, refusing to provide any information about my issue. Instead of returning my money, they told me they would attempt to resell the ticket and give me "credit" with their company, which is absolutely ridiculous! Why would I want credit with a company that has treated me so poorly? The customer service has been shockingly bad and completely unhelpful. From my Experience I strongly advise booking elsewhere. They have been deceitful, rude, and unwilling to resolve anything properly. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!

"AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS"
Bought ascot tickets for July 2024 but then got refused access to VIP enclosure on the day as our tickets didn't cover the event. After calling countless times on the day ive been ignored for over 6 weeks trying to find out what happened. I Had unfortunately already purchased tickets for 2025 & spent over £7000 for myself & guests. I requested to cancel before final payment date after what had happened previously. On the day I cancelled they took full payment from my card & now are refusing to refund my tickets.

"No one answers calls or emails!"
Trying to get hold of anyone at Prestige VIP is almost impossible. They have our money, no tickets arrived for our event and no answer to emails or calls, the phone line just gets cut off. Very very worried we are going to be scammed.
