Madness Tour 2027 is coming soon. We'll email you the moment new packages drop.
How do the two racecourse nights compare?
Both are Fridays, and that is roughly where the likeness ends. York, on 23 July 2027, is billed as Music Showcase Friday: a raceday with six races and the concert as its finale. Cartmel, on 25 June 2027, opens its doors at 9am with the show listed for 6.45pm. Both racecourses run hospitality of their own, which sets them apart from the other six dates.
When do the Madness 2027 dates run?
Five weeks, 19 June to 23 July 2027. Seven of the eight dates fall in the fortnight between 19 June and 3 July, then there is a gap of nearly three weeks before York.
About Madness Tour 2027 Hospitality
Eight dates, no tour name, and not an arena among them. Madness spend summer 2027 in forests, a park, a castle and two racecourses, starting at Delamere Forest in Cheshire on Saturday 19 June and finishing at York Racecourse on Friday 23 July.
Where are Madness playing in summer 2027?
- Saturday 19 June 2027: Delamere Forest, Cheshire
- Sunday 20 June 2027: High Lodge, Thetford Forest, Brandon
- Friday 25 June 2027: Cartmel Racecourse, Cumbria
- Saturday 26 June 2027: Cannock Chase Forest, Rugeley
- Sunday 27 June 2027: Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury
- Friday 2 July 2027: Bedford Park, Bedford
- Saturday 3 July 2027: Rochester Castle, Rochester, Kent
- Friday 23 July 2027: York Racecourse
The four woodland nights are Forest Live shows on Forestry England sites. The Bedford date is one of four concert nights in the park, running from 1 to 4 July 2027.
Which Madness date suits a corporate group?
York, for most. On Friday 23 July 2027 Madness headline York Racecourse's Music Showcase Friday, and the evening starts with six races before the band. A group gets a full afternoon and evening in one place, and York Racecourse runs raceday hospitality of its own. The feature race on the card is the European Breeders Fund Lyric Stakes.
Cartmel, on Friday 25 June 2027, is the other racecourse date. Doors open at 9am and the show is listed for 6.45pm, so it is a long day in Cumbria rather than an evening out. The racecourse offers hospitality packages for raceday and corporate use.
Rochester Castle, on Saturday 3 July 2027, runs from 2pm to 10pm with last entry at 6pm. It is the only castle on the run.
What is a Forest Live night?
An open-air show in woodland. Delamere, Thetford, Cannock Chase and Westonbirt fall across two June weekends, each pair on a Saturday and a Sunday, and Scouting For Girls support at all four. A group heading to one plans for an evening outdoors, whatever the weather decides to do.
Who supports Madness in 2027?
Scouting For Girls, at the four Forest Live nights. Support for Cartmel, Bedford, Rochester and York has not been confirmed.
Madness also play Australia and New Zealand before the UK summer, from 27 February to 13 March 2027, finishing at Wolfbrook Arena in Christchurch. More on the band is on the Madness artist page.
