Hayley Williams Setlist: Opening Night Songs

Last updated: 28 September 2026

The Hayley Williams Show opened on Thursday 3 September 2026 at iTHINK Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a set drawn from her three solo albums and one Nina Simone cover. The opening-night running order, as reported by Stereogum and Far Out, appears here with the album behind each of her own songs. The UK nights follow in summer 2027: Glasgow, Cardiff and two nights at Alexandra Palace in London.

What was the setlist on the opening night of The Hayley Williams Show?

Hayley Williams opened The Hayley Williams Show on 3 September 2026 with "Just a Lover" and brought it back as a reprise to close the main set. The encore was "Mirtazapine", "Brotherly Hate" and "Parachute". Every original song came from Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party, Flowers for Vases / Descansos or Petals for Armor, and the one full cover was Nina Simone's "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood".

Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party and Petals for Armor carry almost the whole night between them. Flowers for Vases / Descansos is represented by "Just a Lover" alone.

Does Hayley Williams play Paramore songs on this tour?

Hayley Williams played no Paramore songs on the opening night of The Hayley Williams Show, 3 September 2026. Stereogum's report of the night says so directly, and the published setlists for that night list none. She is Paramore's lead vocalist, and by her account in September 2025 the band were on a break. Later nights, including the UK dates in 2027, may differ.

One song on the night does have a Paramore link: "Crystal Clear", the closing track of her solo album Petals for Armor. Stereogum notes she had sung it live with Paramore before, but 3 September 2026 was its first outing at one of her own solo shows. Her career with the band and her solo records are covered in our Hayley Williams artist guide.

Which albums does The Hayley Williams Show draw on?

The Hayley Williams Show draws on all three of her solo albums: Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party (2025), Flowers for Vases / Descansos (2021) and Petals for Armor (2020). Alexandra Palace, which hosts the two London nights, describes the show as music from all three albums with "special surprises".

The opening night also borrowed from two other artists:

• Nina Simone: "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood", sung between "True Believer" and "Cinnamon".
• Portishead: a snippet of "Wandering Star" folded into "Simmer", the third song of the night.

According to Stereogum and Far Out, these songs were played live for the first time on 3 September 2026: "Over Yet", "Creepin'", "My Friend" and "Cinnamon" from Petals for Armor, and "Just a Lover" from Flowers for Vases / Descansos. Her most recent solo headline tour before this one ran from late March to 30 June 2026, with two nights each in London, Manchester and Glasgow that June. Her 2020 tour for Petals for Armor was postponed and then cancelled because of the pandemic.

Which songs closed the opening night?

Hayley Williams closed the opening night of The Hayley Williams Show with "Parachute", the song added to Ego Death at a Bachelorette Party for its official release on 28 August 2025. It ended a three-song encore that began with "Mirtazapine" and "Brotherly Hate", both from the same album.

What will Hayley Williams play in the UK in 2027?

The 3 September 2026 opening-night setlist is a fair guide to what Hayley Williams may play in the UK. No UK setlist exists yet, because the UK nights do not start until June 2027. The UK sets could still differ. Alexandra Palace's listing describes music from all three solo albums. Her European headline dates come first, opening in Milan on Monday 7 June 2027.

When are the Hayley Williams UK dates?
