About

Prestige Corporate Events has secured exclusive use of the Furlong Restaurant at Ascot Racecourse for British Champions Day on Saturday 16 October 2027. For the whole day the restaurant is reserved for Prestige Corporate Events guests.

British Champions Day is billed by its organisers as the grand finale of the British Flat racing season. The 2026 card carried five Group 1 races: the Champion Stakes, the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes, the British Champions Fillies’ and Mares’ Stakes, the British Champions Long Distance Cup and the British Champions Sprint Stakes. Ascot has not yet published the 2027 race card.

Hospitality in the Furlong Restaurant includes:

  • Queen Anne Enclosure admission
  • A champagne reception
  • A three-course lunch and afternoon tea with a cheeseboard
  • A complimentary bar
  • A private track-facing balcony
  • Car parking

Drinks from the complimentary bar are served to over-18s.

With the whole restaurant reserved for Prestige Corporate Events guests, the room is given over to our clients on the day the Flat season reaches its close. It suits entertaining clients, thanking a team or bringing a group together for the afternoon. Our guide to the Furlong Restaurant explains how it differs from the separate Furlong Club at Ascot.

Ascot’s published dress code for hospitality on its 2026 Flat season racedays requires gentlemen to wear a jacket, a collared shirt and a tie or cravat, and trainers are not allowed. Hats and headpieces are encouraged but not compulsory for Champions Day. The same Flat season code covers King George Weekend, and our Ascot dress code guide for that meeting sets it out in full. We will confirm the 2027 wording with every booking.

Hospitality in the Furlong Restaurant on British Champions Day 2027 is available to book now. Use the enquiry form on this page to request places for your group.
