The Terrace gives you a reserved seat at the front of Level 2, a complimentary welcome drink on arrival and in-seat service for food, drinks and merchandise, so nobody in the group has to leave their seat to order. Food and drink beyond the welcome drink is paid for on the night. Alcohol is served to over-18s only, and ID may be asked for. The seats are raised and bar-stool style, reached by stairs, and the venue says they may not suit guests with access needs.

The Nest, Level 3

The Nest gives you private, reserved seats on Level 3 and access to two of the arena's lounges before and after the show. Row A has low, banquette-style sofas and Row B has raised, bar-stool style seats. Unlike The Terrace, a Nest ticket includes no food or drink, and the venue lists no in-seat service for it. Anything the group buys is paid for on the night. Level 3 is reached by stairs only. As with The Terrace, the venue says these seats may not suit guests with access needs. It adds that parts of Levels 2 and 3 may not suit anyone uncomfortable with heights or prone to vertigo.
