The Arena London's private suites take groups from 15 guests and list event tickets, two parking passes, fast-track entry, a dedicated suite attendant and a private bar among their inclusions. Catering is not part of the suite: food and drink are pre-arranged with the arena's in-house team (alcohol is served to over-18s only; ID may be requested).

Co-op Live, Wednesday 2 December 2026
At Co-op Live, private suites hold up to 16 guests, each with its own viewing platform and premium seats just outside. They come with in-suite catering, a private bar and a dedicated host, plus early entry through a premium entrance (alcohol is served to over-18s only; ID may be requested). For this show the arena opens premium doors at 18:00, half an hour before general admission at 18:30.

How big a group can each arena host privately?
A private suite gives a group its own room at Mariah Carey's Christmastime shows, and the three arenas size their suites differently: up to 14 guests at Utilita Arena Birmingham, up to 16 at Co-op Live and from 15 at The Arena London. So a party of 15 or 16 is too big for one Birmingham suite but within the suite sizes at Co-op Live and The Arena London.

Are artist VIP packages the same as hospitality?
Artist VIP packages and arena hospitality are different products at Mariah Carey's Christmastime shows, even though both can carry the word VIP.
