Arriving

Arrival is the part worth planning at a city-centre ground. There are no unreserved public car parks at St James' Park on event days, and the club says traffic restrictions may be in place. A group arriving together by Metro, on foot from the city centre, or by taxi dropped short of the ground has a simpler evening than one that drives to the door.

Little Simz and Viagra Boys are billed as support on the shows named in the September 2026 announcement, and Newcastle is one of those shows. Little Simz is a British rapper, songwriter and actor from north London who won the Mercury Prize in 2022 for Sometimes I Might Be Introvert, and whose album Lotus reached number three on the Official Albums Chart in 2025, according to the Official Charts Company. Viagra Boys have a highest peak of 41 on the Official Albums Chart, set in 2021, and their 2025 album peaked at 44.
