When and where does Stevie Wonder play in the UK in 2026?
Stevie Wonder's Songs In The Key Of Life Performances, 50th Anniversary Tour opens at Utilita Arena Birmingham on Tuesday 13 October 2026. That is the first night of the whole tour, ahead of the European and US dates. He plays the 1976 album Songs in the Key of Life in its entirety, and the UK run finishes at OVO Hydro in Glasgow on Wednesday 11 November, eight days before the US leg opens in New York.
- Tuesday 13 October 2026: Birmingham, Utilita Arena Birmingham, doors 6.30pm, show 8pm, the opening night of the tour
- Sunday 8 November 2026: Manchester, Co-op Live, general admission doors 6.30pm

Between Birmingham and the November dates the tour travels to Paris, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Hannover, Cologne, Amsterdam and Dublin. No support act is listed for the UK nights. Stevie Wonder performs Songs in the Key of Life from start to finish on every night of the 50th anniversary tour. The album came out on 28 September 1976 as a double LP with a four-track bonus EP. It went straight to No. 1 on the US Billboard 200, reached No. 2 in the UK, his joint-highest UK album peak alongside Hotter Than July, and won the Grammy for Album of the Year, his third.
The record holds Sir Duke, I Wish, Isn't She Lovely and As. On the album's 50th birthday, 28 September 2026, he released four recordings from the original sessions that had never come out before. The three named arena nights suit groups who want the evening planned around the show: client entertaining, a team night out or a milestone birthday for a fan of the 1970s records. Age rules differ by arena, which matters for family groups.
- Birmingham: under-14s must be with an adult aged 18 or over in seated areas; nobody under 14 in standing, and 14 to 15 year olds need an adult.
- Manchester: anyone aged 14 or under must be with an adult aged 18 or over, and nobody under 16 may stand.
- Glasgow: over-8s only, and under-16s must be with an adult.

Utilita Arena Birmingham
Four premium upgrades are listed for the Birmingham show. Premium Dine & Drink adds a dish from the premium dining menu, one drink, lounge access, priority entry and pre-booked parking. Co-op Live, Manchester
The Co-op Backstage Club opens at 5.30pm on the night, with food and drink to buy, games and DJs. It does not include early access to the main floor. Premium doors open at 6pm. The arena's premium spaces include Gallery Suites, The Club by Barclays on Level 2 and the Encore Restaurant. Hideaway, curated by Simon Rimmer, is a separate members' club.
OVO Hydro, Glasgow
The Terrace (Level 2) has padded high seats, a drinks ledge, in-seat food and drink service and a welcome drink. The Nest (Level 3) has fast-track entry, reserved seating and lounges before and after the show. Both levels are reached by stairs.

None of the arena options listed for these nights mention travel or hotels, so plan both separately. At Manchester the Backstage Club does not include early floor access. Drinks are served to over-18s only, and ID may be requested.
Accessibility
Co-op Live has step-free access to all floors, hearing loops and two Changing Places. OVO Hydro has two Changing Places and gives one free carer or companion ticket with each accessible ticket, but The Terrace and The Nest are stairs-only.
