What is happening with Reputation and debut Taylor's Version?
On 30 May 2025 Taylor Swift announced she had bought back the master recordings of her first six studio albums, writing: "All of the music I've ever made... now belongs... to me." She has said her debut album is fully re-recorded, but that she had not re-recorded even a quarter of Reputation. No release date has been announced for a re-recorded debut album or Reputation.
On Reputation, she said: "I kept hitting a stopping point when I tried to remake it."

Is Taylor Swift playing Glastonbury 2027?
Glastonbury has not named any 2027 headliner, so it has not announced Taylor Swift as one. Glastonbury 2027 runs from Wednesday 23 June to Sunday 27 June 2027. Registration closes at 5pm BST on 25 September 2026; coach tickets go on sale at 6pm BST on 1 October and general tickets at 9am BST on 4 October 2026.

How can fans avoid ticket fraud while no tour is announced?
Both Lloyds Bank, in April 2024, and the Home Office, in June 2025, warned fans buying gig tickets in the UK against paying by bank transfer. Lloyds' fraud prevention director Liz Ziegler warned: "If you're being asked to pay by bank transfer, particularly from a seller you've found on social media, that should immediately set alarm bells ringing."
Lloyds Bank said in April 2024 that more than 600 of its customers had reported Taylor Swift ticket scams for the UK Eras dates, losing £332 on average, with an estimated 3,000 or more victims and over £1 million lost UK-wide; at least 90% of cases began on Facebook.
Lloyds Bank's April 2024 warning also advised taking care with sellers on social media and paying by debit or credit card, with PayPal safer than a bank transfer.
How much do UK fans lose to gig ticket fraud?
The Home Office said in June 2025 that £1.6 million was lost to gig ticket fraud in 2024, more than double the year before, from about 3,700 reports to Action Fraud. Nearly half involved offers on social media, and people in their twenties were 27% of victims. It advised never leaving an official payment platform to pay by bank transfer or virtual currency.
Is reselling tickets above face value illegal in the UK?
The UK ban on reselling live-event tickets above face value is planned but not yet in force. In November 2025 the UK government announced plans to ban reselling tickets for live events above their original cost. Face value would mean the original price plus unavoidable fees. The plans also cap resale platforms' service fees, stop individuals reselling more tickets than they could buy, and allow Competition and Markets Authority fines of up to 10% of global turnover.
