Drake UK Tour
ExploreYes, Drake is going on tour in 2027. He confirmed it himself in September 2026, telling CTV's etalk that "a tour is coming" with "some big shows", and that he will be out in 2027 "to see everybody again across the world." As of 2 November 2026, though, no dates, cities, venues or tour name have been announced, and no UK date has been confirmed. Here is what he has said, what has happened since the Iceman rollout, and why the UK looks like one of the safest calls on the map.
Last updated: 2 November 2026.
Here's the tea. Six months ago the internet was convinced Drake would tour in 2026. A 25-foot block of ice in downtown Toronto, a release date hidden inside it, fans going at it with pickaxes and hammers until police sealed the area off. At the time we wrote that the Iceman rollout pointed to a 2026 UK tour. The albums arrived. The tour did not, at least not in 2026. Instead Drake has pushed the whole thing into 2027 and called it a world tour, which, if you live in Britain, is arguably better news.
What Drake has actually said about a 2027 tour
The confirmation came on 15 September 2026, the night he premiered Fear of Missing Out, a film he calls "not so short" that runs just over an hour. Speaking to CTV's etalk on the way in, he said: "Obviously, a tour is coming, and there's other things on the horizon. Some big shows." Then came the line that matters for anyone outside North America: "We'll be out in 2027 to see everybody again across the world."
Rolling Stone Canada reported that it will be his first North American tour since 2023, when It's All a Blur ran from July 2023 to April 2024 with J. Cole and 21 Savage joining him along the way. That run never crossed the Atlantic. It played 80 shows across the United States and Canada and grossed a reported 320.5 million US dollars. A tour that goes "across the world" is a different animal.
What he did not say matters just as much. No dates. No cities. No venues. No tour name. No support acts. Every site currently listing exact 2027 Drake dates is guessing, so treat anything with a specific UK date on it as rumour until Drake posts it himself.
The rumour mill has filled the gap, as it always does. On a livestream, DJ Akademiks said he had heard rumblings behind the scenes and claimed the tour will be "out of this world", as HotNewHipHop reported in September. Akademiks has backed Drake loudly for years, so take that with a pinch of salt. It does fit Drake's own "big shows" line, though.
Drake tour 2027 dates: what we know and what we don't
- Confirmed: a tour in 2027, in Drake's own words, described as taking him "across the world".
- Confirmed: it will be his first North American tour since 2023, according to Rolling Stone Canada.
- Confirmed: it follows three albums released on one day, 15 May 2026, plus a reissue on 2 October 2026.
- Not yet announced: dates, cities, venues, ticket timings, support acts or a tour name.
- Reported but unconfirmed: talks to headline Coachella in April 2027, first reported by HITS Daily Double on 2 October.
That last point is the one to watch. A festival headline in California in April would sit right at the start of his 2027, leaving the rest of the year, including the British summer, open for the world tour he has promised. More on that, and on why it could be good news for British fans, further down.
What happened after the Iceman rollout
Quite a lot, and almost all of it went his way. On 15 May 2026 Drake released Iceman, his ninth studio album, and surprised everyone by dropping two more albums the same day, Habibti and Maid of Honour. In the United States the three debuted at numbers one, two and three on the Billboard 200, the first time any artist has held the top three spots at once. Iceman opened with 463,000 album-equivalent units and was still at number one in its third week.

The stunt that started it all is worth a recap. The 25-foot ice sculpture went up in downtown Toronto on 20 April. Fans attacked it with pickaxes and hammers, police sealed off the area, and the release date was revealed the next day after a streamer found a bag inside. Peak Drake: build the story first, announce second.
The British numbers are the ones that matter here. Iceman went straight to number one on the UK Albums Chart, his seventh UK number one album, with Maid of Honour at six and Habibti at seven. The Official Charts Company said that made him the first artist to debut three studio albums inside the Top 10 at the same time, as PA reported on 22 May. The last comparable feat was Prince in 1993, and his were compilations. One of the album's singles went to number one on the Billboard Hot 100, his 14th, and entered the UK singles chart at number two, held off only by Olivia Dean and Sam Fender's "Rein Me In". Iceman has since gone gold in the UK.
Then, almost nothing live. HotNewHipHop pointed out in September that he had released three projects in 2026 and performed only one of them, as a surprise guest at Don Toliver's tour stop in Toronto at the turn of September, where he ran through "Shabang" and "Burning Bridges". That is a man saving it up.
Fear of Missing Out followed on 15 September, mixing new music with cameos and callbacks to old videos. His upload was briefly switched to private after the premiere, then returned to his YouTube channel two days later. On 2 October he reissued Habibti as Habibti (FOMO) with four extra tracks, including "Solar Eclipse" with Don Toliver, which debuted at number five on the Billboard Hot 100. And on 24 October he turned 40.

Is Drake coming to the UK in 2027?
Not officially, not yet. But look at how he has toured for the last 12 years and the UK is about as close to a certainty as an unannounced tour gets. Every major Drake touring cycle since 2014 has come through Britain except one.
- 2014, for Nothing Was the Same: the Would You Like a Tour? run played Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow, Nottingham, Birmingham, Liverpool and three nights at The Arena, London, in March 2014.
- 2017: the Boy Meets World Tour took in London, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham and Glasgow between January and March 2017.
- 2019, for Scorpion: the Assassination Vacation Tour opened in Manchester on 10 March 2019, then played Birmingham and seven nights at The Arena, London.
- 2025, for Some Sexy Songs 4 U with PartyNextDoor: three headline nights at Wireless in Finsbury Park, then seven arena shows in Birmingham and Manchester.
The exception was It's All a Blur in 2023 and 2024, which stayed in North America. Drake answered that by coming back in 2025 with three Wireless headline nights and seven arena dates. This time he has described the tour as worldwide from day one. A world tour that skipped the country that has just given Iceman a number one would be the real surprise.
London keeps turning up for Drake
The crowd sizes tell the story. In March 2014 his three London nights drew about 50,800 people. In 2019 his seven London nights drew more than 98,000. In July 2025 his three Wireless nights in Finsbury Park accounted for around 150,000 tickets, according to the figures on the tour's Wikipedia page. That is three London visits in a row on a scale very few touring acts can match, and it is exactly the kind of record a world tour gets planned around.
| Year | Tour | UK cities | London format |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2014 | Would You Like a Tour? | Manchester, Sheffield, Glasgow, Nottingham, Birmingham, Liverpool, London | Three arena nights |
| 2017 | Boy Meets World Tour | London, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Glasgow | Several arena nights |
| 2019 | Assassination Vacation Tour | Manchester, Birmingham, London | Seven arena nights |
| 2025 | Some Special Shows 4 U | London, Birmingham, Manchester | Three Wireless headline nights |
The British connection runs deeper than ticket sales
Look at who he has been working with. "Which One", his song with Central Cee, reached number four on the UK singles chart and number one on the UK hip hop and R&B chart in 2025, and it now sits on Maid of Honour, complete with an interpolation of the Spice Girls' "Wannabe". The second episode of his Iceman livestream series, where that song premiered on 24 July 2025, was set in Manchester, right in the middle of his UK arena run.

Then there is what he said on stage. On the second night of Wireless 2025, the night he brought out Skepta, Dave, Central Cee, J Hus and Headie One among others, he told the crowd: "No disrespect to America but nobody in the world can outrap London rappers." The Fader reported that he also called London rappers "the best lyricists in the world". You do not say that to a Finsbury Park crowd of around 50,000 and then leave them off a world tour.
Wireless 2025: the three nights that raised the bar
Wireless announced in mid-February 2025 that Drake would headline all three nights of its 20th anniversary edition, 11 to 13 July at Finsbury Park. The festival said it was the first time one artist had headlined all three nights of a festival, and described him as "the audience's most requested artist since the festival's inception", as Pollstar reported. The tour's Wikipedia page records the fastest sale in the festival's history.
Each night had its own guest list, and The Fader's rundown reads like a wish list. Friday leaned R&B, with Lauryn Hill, Giveon, Bryson Tiller, Bobby Valentino and Mario. Saturday was the London night, with Dave, Central Cee, J Hus, Skepta, Headie One and K-Trap alongside 21 Savage, Yeat, Sexyy Red, Latto and, somehow, Vanessa Carlton. Sunday went to Jamaica and Nigeria, with Popcaan, Vybz Kartel and Rema.
Outside London, the run went to arenas: Utilita Arena Birmingham on 20, 21 and 23 July, and Co-op Live in Manchester on 25 and 26 July and 4 and 5 August. The arena dates were announced on 3 June 2025, about seven weeks before the first Birmingham show, and an extra Manchester night was added on 18 June. The 5 August show replaced a 28 July date that was moved for what the tour called "unforeseen ferry schedule and travel logistics".

Wireless itself is a moving piece. The 2026 festival was cancelled in April, so Finsbury Park has not hosted Wireless since Drake's three nights, and no 2027 line-up had been announced by 30 October 2026. Drake's history with the festival goes back to a Saturday headline slot in Hyde Park on 7 July 2012, a Friday headline at Finsbury Park in July 2015 and a surprise guest appearance in 2018. No one involved has linked him to Wireless 2027. We would just ask this: if you were the festival, who would you call first?
Could Drake play a UK stadium in 2027?
This is the big question, and "some big shows" is the phrase doing the heavy lifting. Every UK date on his last four tours was an arena or a festival park. But the ceiling for rap in British stadiums moved in 2025, and Drake will have noticed.
Kendrick Lamar and SZA took the Grand National Tour through British stadiums in July 2025: Hampden Park in Glasgow on 8 July, Villa Park in Birmingham on 10 July, Principality Stadium in Cardiff on 19 July and two nights at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 22 and 23 July. Across 47 shows worldwide it sold 2.037 million tickets and grossed 390.7 million US dollars. Billboard declared it the highest-grossing co-headlining tour of all time.

You know the backstory. Drake and Kendrick spent 2024 trading diss tracks, and a year later Kendrick was filling British stadiums on the biggest tour by a rapper on record. When Drake promises "big shows", it is hard not to read it as a reply. Our view, and it is only our view: if a Drake world tour comes to Britain in 2027, at least one stadium night in London is firmly on the table.
Where could Drake play in London?
If it is a stadium, the shortlist is short. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is the obvious one. It hosted Kendrick and SZA in July 2025 and Beyoncé in June 2025, U2 have already booked it for 18 and 19 June 2027, and Karol G follows in July 2027. London Stadium in Stratford is the other, with Fontaines D.C. booked there for July 2027. Outside London, Cardiff's Principality Stadium can close its roof, which takes the British weather out of the equation.

If it is arenas again, The Arena, London is where he played seven nights in 2019, and Co-op Live and Utilita Arena Birmingham both hosted him in 2025. The wider list of what is already booked into Britain's biggest venues is on our major UK stadium concerts page, and our Sabrina Carpenter piece covers another big name reportedly eyeing UK stadium dates in 2027.

Coachella, Dua Lipa and the 2027 timing puzzle
Here's where it gets juicy. On 2 October, the industry gossip column HITS Daily Double reported that Drake was in talks to headline Coachella in April 2027, as Hypebeast and NOW Toronto picked up two days later. Nothing is confirmed. Coachella 2027 runs over two weekends, 9 to 11 April and 16 to 18 April, in Indio, California. Drake last headlined it in 2015, so a return would come 12 years later.
Why does that matter for Britain? Timing. Drake's UK dates have landed between January and August every time: March 2014, January to March 2017, March 2019, and July and August 2025. A Coachella headline in April would not block a European summer, and summer is when London's stadium concerts happen, from Kendrick and SZA in July 2025 to U2 in June 2027.
And the gossip has a twist. Dua Lipa has been linked with a Coachella 2027 headline slot too, first by HITS Daily Double on 1 September and then by The Sun's Bizarre column on 13 October, and an earlier Sun report says she is planning UK stadium dates for summer 2027 around a fourth album. If both are true, London could have two of the biggest names in pop and rap chasing the same summer. We have a page for Dua Lipa's 2027 UK stadium tour as well.
When would Drake's UK dates be announced?
Nobody knows yet, but his last UK run gives a guide. The Wireless residency was announced in mid-February 2025, almost five months before the first night. The arena dates were announced on 3 June 2025, and the shows began on 20 July. So big outdoor dates have come with months of notice, and arena dates have come quickly.
Rolling Stone Canada framed this as his first North American tour since 2023, so it would be no surprise to see North American dates first, with Europe announced alongside or soon after. That is our reading of past tours, not a leak. The quickest way to hear when UK dates land is to register your interest on our Drake UK Tour 2027 page.
Drake hospitality: what a big night looks like
Wherever the 2027 dates land, the type of venue shapes the night. Co-op Live in Manchester was built with 27 suites plus lounges and club spaces, so arena hospitality there means your own space before the show, food and drink served in a lounge or suite, and a seat with a clear view of the stage. At a stadium such as Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, hospitality guests use dedicated lounges and bars inside the stadium, which is very different from queuing on the concourse.

For a client group, the build-up is half the fun, so plan dinner before the show rather than a dash from the office. Our Drake UK tour hub covers his UK history and the venues he plays, his artist page has the career detail, and our hip hop and R&B tours page lists who else is heading to Britain.
Our read: how likely is a Drake UK tour in 2027?
Cards on the table. We think UK dates in 2027 are very likely. Drake has confirmed a world tour in his own words. He has brought every major touring cycle but one to Britain since 2014, and his last London visit drew around 150,000 people over three nights at Finsbury Park. Iceman went to number one here, his Central Cee single went top five, and he stood on a London stage and told the crowd that nobody can outrap London rappers.
What we cannot tell you yet is the format. Our guess is London first, possibly with a stadium night given the "big shows" line and the bar Kendrick and SZA set, plus arena dates in Manchester and Birmingham, where he played in 2025. Wireless is the wildcard. If the festival returns in 2027, Drake is the name everybody will be watching for.
When dates are announced, our Drake UK Tour 2027 page is where the hospitality details go first. Register your interest there and our team will be in touch as soon as UK dates are confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Drake told CTV's etalk at the premiere of his film FOMO on 15 September 2026 that "a tour is coming" with "some big shows", and that he will be out in 2027 to see fans "across the world". No dates, cities or venues had been announced by 2 November 2026.
UK dates have not been announced, but they look very likely. Drake has brought every major touring cycle since 2014 to Britain except It's All a Blur, his 2025 Wireless residency drew around 150,000 people, and Iceman went to number one on the UK Albums Chart in May 2026.
Drake has not said. On his last UK run, the three Wireless nights were announced in mid-February 2025, five months ahead, while the Birmingham and Manchester arena dates were announced on 3 June 2025, about seven weeks before the first show.
The 2027 tour follows Iceman, Habibti and Maid of Honour, the three albums he released together on 15 May 2026, plus the Habibti (FOMO) reissue of 2 October 2026. Iceman was his seventh UK number one album.
On the second night of Wireless 2025 at Finsbury Park, the night he brought out Dave, Central Cee, Skepta and J Hus, Drake told the crowd: "No disrespect to America but nobody in the world can outrap London rappers." The Fader also reported him calling them "the best lyricists in the world".
It has been reported but not confirmed. HITS Daily Double reported on 2 October 2026 that Drake was in talks to headline Coachella, which runs on 9 to 11 April and 16 to 18 April 2027 in Indio, California. He last headlined the festival in 2015.
